Cali White Products

We offer a 100% refund guarantee for all Cali White brand products. If you are unhappy with your results, request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product, and one of our Smile Team members will help you with the process. If your treatment is unopened, and still in the condition you received it, you can also request a return or exchange for your product.

Crest Whitestrips Products

(Refund Requests Must Be Made Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Product)

All of our Crest brand products are sourced directly from Proctor & Gamble's (Crest), authorised distributors in the United States. The Crest product range is manufactured with the highest quality ingredients from the USA, and is covered under Crest’s refund guarantee. At Cali White, we offer a 50% refund on all Crest products, if you are unhappy with the results of your treatment. If a full refund is desired, Crest must be contacted directly.

Factory Sealed Treatments

We offer a 50% refund guarantee for all Factory Sealed Crest treatments. If you are unhappy with your results, request a refund, and one of our Smile Team members will help you with the process. If your treatment is unopened, and still in the condition you received it, you can request a return for your product. Once the return is initiated, you will be refunded your full purchase price.

Unboxed Treatments

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer refunds for orders containing Unboxed Treatments that aren't equivalent to a full sized treatment. We recommend using a full course, factory sealed treatment, or Unboxed equivalent, if you wish to receive the expected results guaranteed by Crest. Our Unboxed treatments can be used for purposes such as touch ups after a full treatment course. They are also recommended if you wish to sample a specific treatment, or if a full course treatment is not preferred.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer. Please be conscious of this if you place another order. In orders containing multiple product, we will authorize the refund for the product responsible for the issue.

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Please note: The shipping process can be rough on some packages. We try to mitigate this as much as possible but in some cases the packaging may take a knock or two while in transit. This in no way affects the quality or effectiveness of the treatment inside.
